  • The sales amount of the product already includes import fees such as tariffs, taxes and other applicable values, however, it could go through local customs verification, having to incur an additional detention payment as deemed by local authorities. If this is the case, it is recommended to contact our customer service as soon as possible to report this situation.
    • ENGLA STORE will not be responsible for paying any additional taxes or duties required to ensure delivery of the product to the customer.
    • The products published on our website may only be purchased by natural persons. In the event that a legal or legal entity purchases the product, the order will be cancelled.
    • The language of supplementary documentation included in international products, such as instructions and safety warnings, may be different from Spanish. The buyer will be responsible for properly using the product.
    • The customer has up to 10 calendar days from the day their order is dispatched to send us a change request. We only make exchanges for other products, we do not refund money.
    • Considering the natural and obvious use of the products sold through www.englastore.com and based on public health matters, ENGLA STORE expressly states that it does not adhere to the right of withdrawal in any of its products offered. That is, no changes will be made if you did not like the product or it does not meet your expectations.
    • As we offer free shipping, delivery will be attempted in the first instance at home. In the event that the logistics service cannot deliver at home, it will be referred to the closest branch indicated by the logistics to be picked up by the client along with their identity card. Furthermore, for the purposes of returns, the customer must assume payment of the shipping costs both to us and the return shipping to their home. Packages that are not paid for at origin will not be received, otherwise the shipping cost will be deducted from the return.

    Thus, these Terms of Use and Purchase Conditions apply to the relationship between ORANGE ECOM, (hereinafter, 'ENGLA STORE' or the 'Company') and you (hereinafter, the 'Client'), as to all those transactions you carry out on the website www.englachile.com (hereinafter, 'Online Store'). 

    MI ENGLA STORE is an international commercial entity with distribution in different countries including CHILE.


    The information or personal data that the Client provides us will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the specific privacy policies of each web form. 

    By using this website, the Client consents to the processing of their data and declares that they are true and correspond to reality. Therefore, the Client undertakes to:

    Use this website only to make legally valid queries or orders; Do not place any false or fraudulent orders. In the event of evidence of falsehood or fraud, ENGLA STORE is authorized to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities. Likewise, ENGLA STORE does not assume any type of responsibility for any damages and/or expenses that may arise from this. 

    Provide ENGLA STORE with your email address, postal address and/or other contact information in a truthful and accurate manner. Likewise, the Client agrees that ENGLA STORE can use said information to contact him, if necessary. 

    Do not misuse this website by intentionally introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other program or material that is technologically harmful or harmful. The Client will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, to the server on which said page is hosted or to any server, computer or database related to our website. Failure to comply with this clause could lead to the commission of infractions classified by the applicable regulations. 

    The Client declares to be over 18 (eighteen) years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. In this sense, ENGLA STORE may verify, through the means it deems appropriate, compliance with the aforementioned requirement. 



    All orders for ENGLA STORE products are subject to product availability. In the event of difficulties in supply or in the event of a lack of stock, ENGLA STORE will inform by email and will refund the Customer any amount that may have been paid. 

    4.- ORDERS 

    We work with suppliers to import products of the best quality to Chilean territory. Our suppliers send the products within 5 business days from the time the order is received. From that point, it takes approximately 14-30 business days for the products to arrive in Chile.

    To enter Chilean territory, the product must go through Customs control, adding additional time that depends entirely on their administration. This time usually lasts between 2 to 10 business days.

    The Covid-19 situation has presented delays in the logistics chain, so the product will be in your hands in approximately 18-50 business days after the purchase is made, taking into account all the steps described above.

    Now, in some exceptional cases, the order could take longer than usual due to external causes with no direct relationship with the company, and the aforementioned period could be extended up to 80 total days.

    How orders are placed? 

    To place an order, the Client must follow the online purchasing procedure and click on the 'BUY' button. Subsequently, the Customer will receive an email acknowledging receipt of their order ('Order Confirmation') within 24 hours of placing it. The Customer will also be informed within 5 business days, by email, that the order is being shipped ('Shipping Confirmation') with its respective tracking number and instructions to correctly track it. Likewise, the Customer can check the status of their order in 'TRACK AN ORDER'. It is the Customer's full responsibility to track their order after the tracking number has been provided.

    In the event that the Customer has made an error when sending their data, they may modify the data within 24 hours after making the purchase directly with support. In the event that the error refers to the order in progress, the Customer must contact Customer Service, where the order will be directed to a branch if possible or resend if it is returned to the sender. 

    In the event that the Customer has regretted their purchase, they have 12 hours from when the purchase was made to cancel it and proceed to cancel the order.

    How is shipping and delivery carried out? 

    At the time the Customer makes the payment, ENGLA STORE will ask them to choose the shipping method in order to deliver their order. Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method chosen, and will be calculated automatically during the payment process and before completing the order. 

    Those orders and payment confirmations received after 12:00 noon (local time) will be processed the next business day. 

    The delivery time for your order is 14 to 30 full business days, counting from the date of placing the order and paying the corresponding price. In the event that there are circumstances arising from the customization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, ENGLA STORE informs you that delivery times may be subject to variations. 

    If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to continue with the purchase, establishing a new delivery date.

    For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that 'delivery' has occurred or that the order has been 'delivered' at the time at which the Customer, or a third party indicated by the Customer, acquires material possession of the products. , which will be accredited by signing receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address. 

    If it is impossible to deliver the order, the transport company will contact the customer to agree on a second delivery. If the second delivery is not made, the product will be returned to the central offices or to the sender depending on the logistics company.

    In the event that the order cannot be delivered to the Client because it is not at home or is outside the coverage area, it will be directed to the branch closest to the Client. In this case ENGLA STORE will not cancel the purchase nor will the money be refunded, it will only resend the purchased product.

    Can ENGLA STORE cancel an order? 

    ENGLA STORE reserves the right to cancel any order (even if it has been previously accepted), and is not responsible for any damage and/or expense, in the following cases:

    When an inadvertent error has occurred in the online store; for example a payment or stock error; 

    When there are reasons to believe that the Client is a minor or that the credit card to be used does not meet the requirements described in these Conditions; 

    When the payment information provided by the Client is incorrect or unverifiable. When the shipping address provided by the Client is outside the territory, or the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the Client. 

    If any of these cases are identified, ENGLA STORE will duly notify you via email, in order to resolve the problem before taking any action.


    Once the order has been received, it is recommended that the Customer check its status and, if any DEFECT in operation is identified, they may choose to (i) return the product, and that ENGLA STORE will refund the corresponding purchase price, as well as such as all shipping costs that you may have paid, or (ii) replace the product with a new one in good condition, without additional charges. 


    Yo. Exchanges, returns and repairs 

    In the event that the new product purchased by the consumer at www.englastore.com was: 

    • Defective; 
    • Pieces or parts will be missing;
    • It would not serve the natural use for which it was intended. 
    • It has previously been repaired by the ENGLA STORE technical service and continues to present deficiencies or new failures. 

    After evaluation of the case by ENGLA STORE staff, the consumer may exercise his legal guarantee in accordance with current regulations by requesting at his discretion within the first 10 days from receipt of the product:

    1. Full refund of the price paid 
    2. Product change 
    3. Free repair

    Thus, if a refund is requested, ENGLA STORE will proceed to refund the full amount of the product price using the same payment method used by the Client for the initial transaction (PAYMENT MARKET).

    The refund will be made within 14 calendar days following receipt of the merchandise in the ENGLA STORE warehouses. Shipping or return costs, if applicable, will not be refunded. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event that ENGLA STORE has delivered a different product by mistake, or with a defect. 

    Said return will be made under the responsibility of the Client, who must attach the purchase receipt. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. 

    The period in which the Client will see the credit reflected in their account will depend on their banking entity.

    ii. Right of withdrawal 

    Considering the natural and obvious use of the products sold through www.englastore.com and based on public health matters, ENGLA STORE expressly states that it does not adhere to the right of withdrawal in any of its products offered.


    The prices of the products that appear on the website are those applied at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but will not affect orders that have already been accepted. 

    All product prices, shipping costs and other services include VAT. Shipping costs are added per order. ENGLA STORE will always inform you of the total price, including all taxes and other costs such as fees and possible delivery costs. 

    The Client expressly authorizes ENGLA STORE to issue the invoice in electronic format. 


    The payment methods accepted by ENGLA STORE are detailed below:

    If you attempt to pay by any other means, ENGLA STORE is not responsible for loss of payment or any other damage caused by the Customer's action. Payment is only accepted in Chilean Pesos. 

    ENGLA STORE is committed to protecting the personal information of its Customers, and to this end it will encrypt credit card data. On the other hand, during the purchase process, the identification number (CVV) of the Customer's credit card is required. The CVV is a 3 or 4 numerical digit value that provides encryption control of the information recorded on the card. This security feature is designed to protect the Customer against fraud. Your CVV will not be stored in our systems and the Customer must provide the number each time they make a purchase on www.englachile.com. 

    When the purchase request and the Customer's data have been verified, and the purchased products have left the ENGLA STORE warehouse, for shipping, the price will be charged to your account. 

    When the Client clicks on 'PAY', they confirm that the credit card is theirs or that they are its legitimate holder. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, ENGLA STORE will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and will not be able to formalize any contract with the Customer.

    ENGLA STORE guarantees the quality of the service contracted through the Online Store. All the rights that the laws in force attribute to consumers and users are guaranteed. Failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the return of the products or the cancellation of the services purchased by the Client. 


    Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Conditions, ENGLA STORE's liability in relation to any product purchased on the website will be strictly limited to the purchase price of such product. 

    All descriptions, product photographs, information and materials appearing on this website are provided 'as is' and without express or implied warranties on them except those established by law. Some products may appear a little larger or smaller than their actual size due to screen settings and photographic technique. Other items may be represented in a larger size than their actual size, in order to clearly show details; or smaller than its actual size, in order to show the entire item. In this sense, if the Client contracts as a consumer and user, ENGLA STORE is obliged to deliver items that comply with the contract, responding to the Client for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product.     ENGLA STORE will not be responsible for any failure or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations assumed, when the same is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ('Cause of Force Majeure'). 

    Causes of Force Majeure will include any act, event, failure to perform, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and, among others, the following: 

    • Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action. 
    • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or undeclared) or threat
      or war preparations. 
    • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or
      any other natural disaster. 
    • Import delay or customs stoppage. 
    • Impossibility of using trains, ships, planes, motor transport or other means of transport,
      public or private. 
    • Inability to use public or private telecommunication systems.
    • Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.

    It will be understood that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the 'Cause of Force Majeure' continues, and ENGLA STORE will have an extension of the term to fulfill said obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the 'Cause of Force Majeure'. . ENGLA STORE will use all reasonable means to end the 'Force Majeure Cause', or to find a solution that allows it to fulfill its obligations despite the 'Force Majeure Cause'. 


    The Client recognizes and consents that all copyright, registered trademark and other industrial and intellectual property rights on all the contents of the website correspond to ENGLA STORE, or to those who granted ENGLA STORE a license for its use.

    No waiver by ENGLA STORE of a specific right or action will constitute a waiver of other rights or actions derived from a contract or the Conditions.

    No waiver by ENGLA STORE of any of these Conditions or of the rights or actions derived from a contract will take effect, unless it is expressly established that it is a waiver, and is formalized and communicated to the Customer in writing in accordance with the provisions above. 


    These Conditions, and any document expressly referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and ENGLA STORE, in relation to their subject matter.

    Likewise, they replace any other pact, agreement or previous promise agreed between the Client and ENGLA STORE verbally or in writing. 

    The Client and ENGLA STORE acknowledge that they have consented to the conclusion of a contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party or that could be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations entered into by both of them prior to the contract, except for that which appears expressly mentioned in these Conditions. 

    Neither the Client nor ENGLA STORE will have any remedy against any uncertain statement made by the other party, verbal or written, prior to the date of a contract (unless such uncertain statement was made fraudulently) and the sole remedy of that the other party will have will be for breach of contract, in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions. 

    If any of these Conditions or any provision of a contract are declared null and void by a final resolution issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity. 


    ENGLA STORE reserves the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time. 

    The Client will be subject to the policies and Conditions in force at the time they use this website or place each order. 


    The language in which the contract between ENGLA STORE and the Client will be perfected is Spanish. 

    The use of our website and the contracts for the purchase of products through said website will be governed by Chilean legislation. 

    Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or with said contracts will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the Client's domicile. 

    A business day is understood to be the working days from Monday to Friday, except for holidays marked in the official calendar.
